Canvastia (“we”) makes an app and website that turns pet photos into artwork, and lets people share stray-animal posts on a map and message each other. This policy explains what we collect and why. Contact: support@canvastia.com
What we collect
- Account: your e-mail address and an account ID.
- Photos you upload: pet photos you choose to create images from, and the images created.
- Community content: posts, photos, comments and messages you write, and the location you attach to a post. Posts about found, lost or hungry animals show an approximate or chosen location to nearby users.
- Device location: only if you allow it, to show nearby posts. You can turn it off in your phone settings.
- Notifications: a push token so we can send notifications you opted into.
- Purchases and credits: your credit balance and, if you buy credits, the order record. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
How we use it
To create the images you ask for, run your account, show community posts, keep the service safe (including automated checks for harmful content), send notifications, and fix problems. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or tracking across other apps.
Who processes it
Your pet photo and the text of your request are sent to our AI image provider (OpenAI) to create the image. Content you post may be checked by an automated moderation service. Our hosting and e-mail providers process data for us. They may only use it to provide their service.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Profile), or e-mail us. We then delete your photos, images, posts and messages. Payment records may be kept as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by e-mailing support@canvastia.com. If you are in Türkiye (KVKK) or the EU/UK (GDPR) these are your legal rights.
Children
The service is not for children under 13 (or the age required in your country).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
Photos, people and AI processing
To create images, the photo you choose is sent to an AI service provider (OpenAI) for processing. It is used only for that purpose. We ask you to confirm this each time you add a photo.
If a photo shows a person, you must have that person’s permission. If it shows a child, only a parent or legal guardian may use it. We check photos automatically for people so we can show this reminder. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself in the app (Profile, then Delete my account) or by e-mailing support@canvastia.com. Your account, pictures and credits are then removed. A private archive copy may be kept for a limited time to handle disputes, and is deleted on request. Records we must keep for payment or legal reasons stay for the legally required time.

Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap: e-posta adresiniz ve hesap numaranız.
- Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar: görsel üretmek için seçtiğiniz hayvan fotoğrafları ve üretilen görseller.
- Topluluk içeriği: yazdığınız gönderiler, fotoğraflar, yorumlar, mesajlar ve gönderiye eklediğiniz konum. Bulunan, kayıp veya aç hayvan gönderileri yakındaki kullanıcılara yaklaşık veya seçtiğiniz konumla gösterilir.
- Cihaz konumu: yalnızca izin verirseniz, yakındaki gönderileri göstermek için. Telefon ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
- Bildirimler: açtığınız bildirimleri göndermek için bildirim kodu.
- Kredi ve satın alma: kredi bakiyeniz ve kredi alırsanız sipariş kaydı. Kart bilgilerini biz değil ödeme sağlayıcısı işler.
Nasıl kullanıyoruz
İstediğiniz görselleri üretmek, hesabınızı yönetmek, topluluk gönderilerini göstermek, hizmeti güvende tutmak (zararlı içerik için otomatik kontroller dahil), bildirim göndermek ve sorunları gidermek için. Verinizi satmayız, reklam veya başka uygulamalar arasında takip için kullanmayız.
Kimler işler
Hayvan fotoğrafınız ve isteğiniz metni, görseli üretmek için yapay zekâ sağlayıcımıza (OpenAI) gönderilir. Paylaştığınız içerik otomatik bir denetim hizmetiyle kontrol edilebilir. Barındırma ve e-posta sağlayıcılarımız bizim adımıza veri işler; yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için kullanabilirler.
Saklama ve silme
Hesabınız olduğu sürece verinizi saklarız. Hesabınızı uygulamadan (Profil) silebilir veya bize e-posta yazabilirsiniz. Fotoğraf, görsel, gönderi ve mesajlarınız silinir. Ödeme kayıtları yasanın gerektirdiği süre saklanabilir.
Haklarınız
Verinize erişmeyi, düzeltmeyi, silmeyi veya işlenmesine itiraz etmeyi support@canvastia.com adresinden isteyebilirsiniz. Türkiye’de KVKK, AB/Birleşik Krallık’ta GDPR kapsamında bunlar yasal haklarınızdır.
Çocuklar
Hizmet 13 yaşın (veya ülkenizdeki yaş sınırının) altındaki çocuklar için değildir.
Değişiklikler
Politikayı değiştirirsek yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz.
Fotoğraflar, insanlar ve yapay zekâ ile işleme
Görselleri oluşturmak için seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, işlenmek üzere bir yapay zekâ servis sağlayıcısına (OpenAI) gönderilir. Yalnızca bu amaçla kullanılır. Her fotoğraf eklediğinizde bunu onaylamanızı isteriz.
Fotoğrafta bir insan varsa o kişinin iznine sahip olmalısınız. Fotoğrafta çocuk varsa yalnızca anne, baba veya yasal vasi kullanabilir. Bu hatırlatmayı gösterebilmek için fotoğraflar insan var mı diye otomatik kontrol edilir. İzin vermemiş kişilerin fotoğrafını yüklemeyin.
Hesabınızı silme
Hesabınızı uygulamadan kendiniz silebilirsiniz (Profil, ardından Hesabımı sil) veya support@canvastia.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Hesabınız, görselleriniz ve kredileriniz silinir. Uyuşmazlıkları çözmek için özel bir arşiv kopyası sınırlı bir süre tutulabilir ve talep üzerine silinir. Ödeme veya yasal nedenlerle saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar yasal süre boyunca kalır.

Canvastia (“nosotros”) ofrece una aplicación y un sitio web que convierten fotos de mascotas en obras de arte, y que permiten compartir publicaciones sobre animales callejeros en un mapa y enviarse mensajes entre usuarios. Esta política explica qué datos recopilamos y por qué. Contacto: support@canvastia.com
Qué recopilamos
- Cuenta: tu dirección de correo electrónico y un identificador de cuenta.
- Fotos que subes: las fotos de mascotas que eliges para crear imágenes y las imágenes creadas.
- Contenido de la comunidad: las publicaciones, fotos, comentarios y mensajes que escribes, y la ubicación que adjuntas a una publicación. Las publicaciones sobre animales encontrados, perdidos o hambrientos muestran una ubicación aproximada o elegida a los usuarios cercanos.
- Ubicación del dispositivo: solo si lo permites, para mostrar publicaciones cercanas. Puedes desactivarla en los ajustes de tu teléfono.
- Notificaciones: un token de notificaciones push para poder enviarte las notificaciones que has aceptado recibir.
- Compras y créditos: tu saldo de créditos y, si compras créditos, el registro del pedido. Los datos de la tarjeta los gestiona el proveedor de pagos, no nosotros.
Cómo lo usamos
Para crear las imágenes que solicitas, gestionar tu cuenta, mostrar las publicaciones de la comunidad, mantener el servicio seguro (incluidas las comprobaciones automáticas de contenido dañino), enviar notificaciones y solucionar problemas. No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad ni para seguimiento en otras aplicaciones.
Quién los procesa
La foto de tu mascota y el texto de tu solicitud se envían a nuestro proveedor de imágenes con IA (OpenAI) para crear la imagen. El contenido que publicas puede ser revisado por un servicio automático de moderación. Nuestros proveedores de alojamiento y de correo electrónico procesan datos por cuenta nuestra. Solo pueden usarlos para prestar su servicio.
Conservación y eliminación de datos
Conservamos tus datos mientras exista tu cuenta. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en la aplicación (Perfil) o escribirnos por correo electrónico. Después eliminamos tus fotos, imágenes, publicaciones y mensajes. Los registros de pago pueden conservarse cuando la ley lo exija.
Tus derechos
Puedes solicitar acceder a tus datos, corregirlos o eliminarlos, u oponerte a su uso, escribiendo a support@canvastia.com. Si te encuentras en Türkiye (KVKK) o en la UE/Reino Unido (RGPD), estos son tus derechos legales.
Menores
El servicio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años (o de la edad exigida en tu país).
Cambios
Si modificamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha indicada arriba.
Fotos, personas y procesamiento con IA
Para crear las imágenes, la foto que eliges se envía a un proveedor de servicios de IA (OpenAI) para su procesamiento. Solo se usa con ese fin. Te pedimos confirmarlo cada vez que añades una foto.
Si una foto muestra a una persona, debes tener su permiso. Si muestra a un menor, solo la madre, el padre o el tutor legal puede usarla. Comprobamos automáticamente si hay personas en las fotos para mostrar este aviso. No subas fotos de personas que no hayan aceptado.
Eliminar tu cuenta
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en la app (Perfil, luego Eliminar mi cuenta) o escribiendo a support@canvastia.com. Se eliminan tu cuenta, tus imágenes y tus créditos. Puede conservarse una copia de archivo privada durante un tiempo limitado para resolver disputas, y se borra si lo pides. Los registros que debemos conservar por motivos de pago o legales se mantienen el tiempo exigido.

Cosa raccogliamo
- Account: il tuo indirizzo e-mail e un ID account.
- Foto che carichi: le foto di animali che scegli per creare immagini e le immagini create.
- Contenuti della community: post, foto, commenti e messaggi che scrivi e la posizione che alleghi a un post. I post su animali trovati, smarriti o affamati mostrano agli utenti vicini una posizione approssimativa o scelta da te.
- Posizione del dispositivo: solo se lo consenti, per mostrare i post nelle vicinanze. Puoi disattivarla nelle impostazioni del telefono.
- Notifiche: un token push per poterti inviare le notifiche che hai scelto di ricevere.
- Acquisti e crediti: il tuo saldo crediti e, se acquisti crediti, la registrazione dell’ordine. I dati della carta sono gestiti dal fornitore di pagamenti, non da noi.
Come li usiamo
Per creare le immagini che richiedi, gestire il tuo account, mostrare i post della community, mantenere il servizio sicuro (inclusi i controlli automatici sui contenuti dannosi), inviare notifiche e risolvere problemi. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per la pubblicità né per il tracciamento su altre app.
Chi li tratta
La foto del tuo animale e il testo della tua richiesta vengono inviati al nostro fornitore di immagini con IA (OpenAI) per creare l’immagine. I contenuti che pubblichi possono essere controllati da un servizio di moderazione automatico. I nostri fornitori di hosting e di posta elettronica trattano i dati per nostro conto. Possono usarli solo per fornire il loro servizio.
Conservazione ed eliminazione dei dati
Conserviamo i tuoi dati finché esiste il tuo account. Puoi eliminare il tuo account nell’app (Profilo) oppure scriverci via e-mail. Eliminiamo quindi le tue foto, immagini, post e messaggi. I dati relativi ai pagamenti possono essere conservati se la legge lo richiede.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, di correggerli o eliminarli, oppure opporti al loro utilizzo, scrivendo a support@canvastia.com. Se ti trovi in Türkiye (KVKK) o nell’UE/Regno Unito (GDPR), si tratta di diritti riconosciuti dalla legge.
Minori
Il servizio non è destinato ai minori di 13 anni (o all’età richiesta nel tuo Paese).
Modifiche
Se modifichiamo questa informativa, aggiorneremo la data indicata sopra.
Foto, persone ed elaborazione con IA
Per creare le immagini, la foto che scegli viene inviata a un fornitore di servizi di IA (OpenAI) per l’elaborazione. Viene usata solo a questo scopo. Ti chiediamo di confermarlo ogni volta che aggiungi una foto.
Se una foto mostra una persona, devi avere il suo permesso. Se mostra un minore, solo un genitore o il tutore legale può usarla. Controlliamo automaticamente se nelle foto ci sono persone per mostrare questo avviso. Non caricare foto di persone che non hanno acconsentito.
Eliminare il tuo account
Puoi eliminare il tuo account nell’app (Profilo, poi Elimina il mio account) o scrivendo a support@canvastia.com. Account, immagini e crediti vengono rimossi. Una copia di archivio privata può essere conservata per un periodo limitato per gestire eventuali controversie e viene eliminata su richiesta. I dati che dobbiamo conservare per motivi di pagamento o legali restano per il tempo previsto dalla legge.

ما الذي نجمعه
- الحساب: عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب.
- الصور التي ترفعها: صور الحيوانات الأليفة التي تختارها لإنشاء الصور، والصور التي يتم إنشاؤها.
- محتوى المجتمع: المنشورات والصور والتعليقات والرسائل التي تكتبها، والموقع الذي ترفقه بالمنشور. تُظهر المنشورات المتعلقة بحيوانات عُثر عليها أو فُقدت أو جائعة موقعًا تقريبيًا أو محددًا للمستخدمين القريبين.
- موقع الجهاز: فقط إذا سمحت بذلك، لعرض المنشورات القريبة. يمكنك إيقافه من إعدادات هاتفك.
- الإشعارات: رمز إشعارات (push token) حتى نتمكن من إرسال الإشعارات التي وافقت على تلقيها.
- المشتريات والرصيد: رصيدك من النقاط (credits)، وسجل الطلب إذا اشتريت رصيدًا. تتم معالجة بيانات البطاقة بواسطة مزوّد خدمة الدفع وليس بواسطتنا.
كيف نستخدمها
لإنشاء الصور التي تطلبها، وإدارة حسابك، وعرض منشورات المجتمع، والحفاظ على أمان الخدمة (بما في ذلك الفحوصات الآلية للمحتوى الضار)، وإرسال الإشعارات، وإصلاح المشكلات. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو للتتبّع عبر التطبيقات الأخرى.
من يعالجها
تُرسل صورة حيوانك الأليف ونص طلبك إلى مزوّد الصور بالذكاء الاصطناعي لدينا (OpenAI) لإنشاء الصورة. قد يتم فحص المحتوى الذي تنشره بواسطة خدمة إشراف آلية. يعالج مزوّدو الاستضافة والبريد الإلكتروني لدينا البيانات نيابةً عنا، ولا يجوز لهم استخدامها إلا لتقديم خدمتهم.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما أن حسابك موجود. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي)، أو مراسلتنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني. بعد ذلك نحذف صورك والصور المنشأة ومنشوراتك ورسائلك. قد يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الدفع بالقدر الذي يقتضيه القانون.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على استخدامها، عبر مراسلة support@canvastia.com. إذا كنت في تركيا (Türkiye) فتسري عليك أحكام قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية (KVKK)، وإذا كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي/المملكة المتحدة فتسري عليك أحكام اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR)، وهذه حقوق قانونية لك.
الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا (أو السن المطلوبة في بلدك).
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ المذكور أعلاه.
الصور والأشخاص والمعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي
لإنشاء الصور، تُرسل الصورة التي تختارها إلى مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي (OpenAI) لمعالجتها. تُستخدم لهذا الغرض فقط. نطلب منك تأكيد ذلك في كل مرة تضيف فيها صورة.
إذا كانت الصورة تُظهر شخصًا فيجب أن تحصل على إذنه. وإذا كانت تُظهر طفلًا فلا يجوز استخدامها إلا من أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني. نفحص الصور تلقائيًا لمعرفة وجود أشخاص كي نعرض هذا التنبيه. لا ترفع صور أشخاص لم يوافقوا.
حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ثم حذف حسابي) أو بمراسلة support@canvastia.com. يتم حذف حسابك وصورك ورصيدك. قد تُحفظ نسخة أرشيف خاصة لفترة محدودة لمعالجة النزاعات، وتُحذف عند الطلب. السجلات التي يجب علينا الاحتفاظ بها لأسباب تتعلق بالدفع أو القانون تبقى للمدة التي يفرضها القانون.
