The service
Canvastia creates artwork from pet photos using AI, and offers a community where people post and discuss stray, lost and found animals on a map and message each other. Some features use credits. Creating an image costs the number of credits shown before you confirm.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, and to show community posts to other users. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Images we create for you are for your personal use; do not claim they are anything other than AI-generated.
Rules
- No illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, abusive or misleading content. No cruelty to animals.
- No harassment, spam, scams or impersonation. No sharing other people’s private information.
- Do not post an animal’s location in a way that puts the animal or a person at risk.
You can report or block content and users in the app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Animal emergencies
Canvastia is not an emergency service. If an animal is in danger, contact a local vet, animal rescue or the authorities. We cannot promise that anyone will respond to a post.
Credits and payments
Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Prices and what credits buy may change. In-app purchases, when available, are handled by the app store and follow its refund rules.
AI results
AI output can be inaccurate or differ from your pet. We do not guarantee any particular result.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for content posted by users.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
People in photos
Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person you need their permission; for a child, a parent or legal guardian must give it. You may not use Canvastia to make misleading, sexual, hateful or harmful images of real people, or to pretend to be someone else. We may remove content and end accounts that break this rule.

Hizmet
Canvastia, yapay zekâ ile evcil hayvan fotoğraflarından sanat görselleri üretir; ayrıca sokak, kayıp ve bulunan hayvanların harita üzerinde paylaşıldığı, kullanıcıların birbirine mesaj yazabildiği bir topluluk sunar. Bazı özellikler kredi kullanır. Görsel üretmenin maliyeti onaylamadan önce gösterilir.
İçeriğiniz
Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafların sahibi sizsiniz. Hizmeti sunmak için bunları işlememize ve topluluk gönderilerini diğer kullanıcılara göstermemize izin verirsiniz. Yalnızca kullanma hakkınız olan fotoğrafları yükleyin. Sizin için ürettiğimiz görseller kişisel kullanım içindir; yapay zekâ ürünü olduklarını gizlemeyin.
Kurallar
- Yasa dışı, nefret içeren, şiddet, cinsel, taciz edici veya yanıltıcı içerik yok. Hayvanlara kötü muamele yok.
- Taciz, spam, dolandırıcılık veya başkası gibi davranma yok. Başkalarının özel bilgilerini paylaşmayın.
- Bir hayvanın konumunu hayvanı veya bir kişiyi riske atacak biçimde paylaşmayın.
Uygulamada içerik ve kullanıcıları şikâyet edebilir veya engelleyebilirsiniz. Kuralları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir, hesabı askıya alabiliriz.
Hayvan acil durumları
Canvastia bir acil servis değildir. Bir hayvan tehlikedeyse yerel veteriner, hayvan kurtarma kuruluşu veya yetkililerle iletişime geçin. Bir gönderiye kimsenin yanıt vereceğini garanti edemeyiz.
Kredi ve ödeme
Kredilerin nakit değeri yoktur ve devredilemez. Fiyatlar ve kredinin karşılığı değişebilir. Uygulama içi satın almalar, sunulduğunda, mağaza tarafından işlenir ve mağazanın iade kurallarına tabidir.
Yapay zekâ sonuçları
Yapay zekâ çıktısı hatalı olabilir veya hayvanınızdan farklı görünebilir. Belirli bir sonuç garanti etmeyiz.
Sorumluluk
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ve kullanıcıların paylaştığı içerikten sorumlu değiliz.
Hesabın sonlandırılması
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.
Fotoğraflardaki insanlar
Yalnızca kullanma hakkınız olan fotoğrafları yükleyin. Fotoğrafta başka biri varsa iznine ihtiyacınız vardır; çocuk için anne, baba veya yasal vasi izin vermelidir. Canvastia’yı gerçek kişilerin yanıltıcı, cinsel, nefret içerikli veya zarar verici görsellerini üretmek ya da başkası gibi davranmak için kullanamazsınız. Bu kuralı çiğneyen içerikleri kaldırabilir ve hesapları kapatabiliriz.

El servicio
Canvastia crea obras de arte a partir de fotos de mascotas mediante IA y ofrece una comunidad donde las personas publican y comentan sobre animales callejeros, perdidos y encontrados en un mapa, y se envían mensajes. Algunas funciones usan créditos. Crear una imagen cuesta el número de créditos que se muestra antes de que confirmes.
Tu contenido
Conservas la propiedad de las fotos que subes. Nos das permiso para procesarlas con el fin de prestar el servicio y para mostrar las publicaciones de la comunidad a otros usuarios. Sube únicamente fotos que tengas derecho a usar. Las imágenes que creamos para ti son para tu uso personal; no afirmes que son otra cosa que imágenes generadas por IA.
Normas
- Nada de contenido ilegal, de odio, violento, sexual, abusivo o engañoso. Nada de crueldad hacia los animales.
- Nada de acoso, spam, estafas ni suplantación de identidad. No compartas información privada de otras personas.
- No publiques la ubicación de un animal de forma que ponga en riesgo al animal o a una persona.
Puedes denunciar o bloquear contenido y usuarios en la aplicación. Podemos eliminar contenido y suspender cuentas que incumplan estas normas.
Emergencias con animales
Canvastia no es un servicio de emergencias. Si un animal está en peligro, contacta con un veterinario local, una protectora de animales o las autoridades. No podemos garantizar que alguien responda a una publicación.
Créditos y pagos
Los créditos no tienen valor en efectivo y no son transferibles. Los precios y lo que se puede obtener con los créditos pueden cambiar. Las compras dentro de la aplicación, cuando estén disponibles, las gestiona la tienda de aplicaciones y se rigen por sus normas de reembolso.
Resultados de la IA
El resultado de la IA puede ser inexacto o diferir de tu mascota. No garantizamos ningún resultado concreto.
Responsabilidad
El servicio se presta “tal cual”. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de las pérdidas indirectas ni del contenido publicado por los usuarios.
Cierre de tu cuenta
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en la aplicación en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o cerrar las cuentas que incumplan estas condiciones.
Legislación aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República de Türkiye, sin limitar los derechos de consumidor que tengas en tu lugar de residencia.
Personas en las fotos
Sube solo fotos que tengas derecho a usar. Si una foto muestra a otra persona necesitas su permiso; en el caso de un menor, debe darlo su madre, padre o tutor legal. No puedes usar Canvastia para crear imágenes engañosas, sexuales, de odio o dañinas de personas reales, ni para hacerte pasar por otra persona. Podemos retirar contenido y cerrar cuentas que incumplan esta norma.

Il servizio
Canvastia crea opere d’arte a partire dalle foto degli animali domestici usando l’IA e offre una community in cui le persone pubblicano e discutono su una mappa di animali randagi, smarriti e ritrovati, e si scambiano messaggi. Alcune funzioni usano i crediti. Creare un’immagine costa il numero di crediti mostrato prima della tua conferma.
I tuoi contenuti
Rimani proprietario delle foto che carichi. Ci autorizzi a elaborarle per fornire il servizio e a mostrare i post della community agli altri utenti. Carica solo foto che hai il diritto di utilizzare. Le immagini che creiamo per te sono per uso personale; non dichiarare che siano altro che immagini generate dall’IA.
Regole
- Nessun contenuto illegale, d’odio, violento, sessuale, offensivo o ingannevole. Nessuna crudeltà verso gli animali.
- Nessuna molestia, spam, truffa o furto di identità. Non condividere le informazioni private di altre persone.
- Non pubblicare la posizione di un animale in modo da mettere a rischio l’animale o una persona.
Nell’app puoi segnalare o bloccare contenuti e utenti. Possiamo rimuovere contenuti e sospendere gli account che violano queste regole.
Emergenze con animali
Canvastia non è un servizio di emergenza. Se un animale è in pericolo, contatta un veterinario locale, un’organizzazione di soccorso animali o le autorità. Non possiamo garantire che qualcuno risponda a un post.
Crediti e pagamenti
I crediti non hanno valore monetario e non sono trasferibili. I prezzi e ciò che si può ottenere con i crediti possono cambiare. Gli acquisti in-app, quando disponibili, sono gestiti dallo store e seguono le sue regole sui rimborsi.
Risultati dell’IA
Il risultato dell’IA può essere impreciso o differire dal tuo animale. Non garantiamo alcun risultato particolare.
Responsabilità
Il servizio è fornito “così com’è”. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per perdite indirette né per i contenuti pubblicati dagli utenti.
Chiusura del tuo account
Puoi eliminare il tuo account nell’app in qualsiasi momento. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere gli account che violano questi termini.
Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalle leggi della Repubblica di Türkiye, senza limitare i diritti dei consumatori di cui godi nel tuo luogo di residenza.
Persone nelle foto
Carica solo foto che hai il diritto di usare. Se una foto mostra un’altra persona serve il suo permesso; per un minore deve darlo un genitore o il tutore legale. Non puoi usare Canvastia per creare immagini ingannevoli, sessuali, offensive o dannose di persone reali, né per spacciarti per qualcun altro. Possiamo rimuovere i contenuti e chiudere gli account che violano questa regola.

الخدمة
تنشئ Canvastia أعمالًا فنية من صور الحيوانات الأليفة باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوفّر مجتمعًا ينشر فيه الأشخاص ويتناقشون حول الحيوانات الضالة والمفقودة والتي عُثر عليها على خريطة، ويتبادلون الرسائل. تستخدم بعض الميزات الرصيد (credits). يكلّف إنشاء الصورة عدد النقاط المعروض قبل أن تؤكد الطلب.
محتواك
تحتفظ بملكية الصور التي ترفعها. وتمنحنا الإذن بمعالجتها لتقديم الخدمة ولعرض منشورات المجتمع على المستخدمين الآخرين. لا ترفع إلا صورًا يحق لك استخدامها. الصور التي ننشئها لك مخصصة لاستخدامك الشخصي؛ ولا تدّعِ أنها شيء آخر غير صور مولَّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
القواعد
- يُمنع المحتوى غير القانوني أو المليء بالكراهية أو العنيف أو الجنسي أو المسيء أو المضلِّل. ويُمنع إيذاء الحيوانات.
- يُمنع التحرش والبريد المزعج والاحتيال وانتحال الهوية. ويُمنع نشر المعلومات الخاصة بالآخرين.
- لا تنشر موقع حيوان بطريقة تعرّض الحيوان أو أي شخص للخطر.
يمكنك الإبلاغ عن المحتوى والمستخدمين أو حظرهم داخل التطبيق. يجوز لنا حذف المحتوى وتعليق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه القواعد.
حالات الطوارئ المتعلقة بالحيوانات
Canvastia ليست خدمة طوارئ. إذا كان حيوان في خطر، فتواصل مع طبيب بيطري محلي أو جهة إنقاذ حيوانات أو السلطات المختصة. لا يمكننا ضمان أن يستجيب أحد لمنشور ما.
الرصيد والمدفوعات
ليس للرصيد قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن تحويله. قد تتغير الأسعار وما يمكن الحصول عليه بالرصيد. تتم معالجة المشتريات داخل التطبيق، عند توفرها، عبر متجر التطبيقات وتخضع لقواعد الاسترداد الخاصة به.
نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي
قد تكون مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي غير دقيقة أو مختلفة عن حيوانك الأليف. نحن لا نضمن أي نتيجة معينة.
المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة “كما هي”. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة ولا عن المحتوى الذي ينشره المستخدمون.
إنهاء حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك داخل التطبيق في أي وقت. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية تركيا (Türkiye)، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق للمستهلك تتمتع بها في بلد إقامتك.
الأشخاص في الصور
ارفع فقط الصور التي لديك الحق في استخدامها. إذا أظهرت الصورة شخصًا آخر فتحتاج إلى إذنه، وفي حالة الطفل يجب أن يمنحه أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني. لا يجوز استخدام Canvastia لإنشاء صور مضللة أو جنسية أو مسيئة أو ضارة لأشخاص حقيقيين، ولا لانتحال شخصية أحد. يجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى وإغلاق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه القاعدة.
